York's Wild Kingdom and Zoo is the largest amusement attraction in the Maine region and is located on Exit 7 of Route 1 once you cross the Maine border from the South. In addition to exotic animals from around the world, the park offers a variety of family rides, paddle boats, an 18 hole miniature golf course, a petting zoo, scenic picnic grounds and even a Haunted House.
